Lighting Design credits include Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, NU Opera, Circa ‘21 Dinner Playhouse, Remy Bumppo Theatre, and Lifeline Theatre.  Associate Lighting design credits include The White Snake at the Goodman, Old Globe and Wuzhen Theatre Festival in Wuzhen, China, Orphans on Broadway, Angels in America at Playmakers Rep, and The Glass Experience at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago among others.  Stephen has also worked as an Assistant Lighting Designer for productions at Steppenwolf Theatre, the Goodman Theatre, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, Ford’s Theatre, The Shakespeare Theatre in Washington, D.C., McCarter Theatre, Cincinnati Opera, Florentine Opera, and Portland Opera.   Stephen has an MFA in Lighting Design from Northwestern University.
